How to Make an Appointment

We are currently offering patients a variety of ways on how they can consult with their GP.

We are offering pre-bookable appointments, but you may be offered and appointment in 2-3 weeks time; these appointments can be face to face or by telephone at the patients request.

If you feel that you may need an examination please make sure you let the receptionist know.

If you feel that you cannot wait until the next available appointment you can complete an eConsult via our website and this will be triaged by a clinician.

Once triaged, dependant on the outcome, you may received a call from the Doctor or a call from the receptionist to book you in for an appointment.

Online Consultations:

If you feel your symptoms need a more sooner appointment please complete an eConsult. This allows patients to submit their symptoms or requests to their GP electronically, and offers around the clock NHS self-help information, signposting to services, and a symptom checker. Once submitted this will then be triaged by a clinician within 24 hours and the most appropriate solution for your request will be offered.

The Practice has a professional translating service to offer translation for patients whose first language is not English.

The service can also provide a BSL interpreter to provide sign language for patients with hearing difficulties.

Please advise Reception when making an appointment that you require this support, so this can be arranged for your appointment.
